How Our Made-to-Order Process Works
- Choose your design and size: pick a standard size or enter your own with Custom size.
- Approve your design preview: we email it within 1–3 business days, and nothing is made until you approve it.
- Hand tufting: about 4–5 weeks in our own production department in Pakistan.
- Tracked delivery: usually 6–8 weeks from your order, with flat-rate shipping per order. See our shipping policy.

What size rug works in a kids room?
A 3×5 ft rug suits a reading corner, 4×6 or 5×7 ft gives plenty of room to play, and 5×8 ft fits under the lower half of a single bed.
Can I personalise a kids rug with a name or theme?
Yes. Email us before ordering or use our Design Your Rug page with your child's name, favourite colours or theme, and we will show you a design preview before we start tufting.
How do I keep a kids rug clean?
Vacuum regularly, blot spills straight away with a clean, damp cloth, and use a rug pad on smooth floors so the rug stays in place during play.
How long does a made-to-order rug take?
About 6–8 weeks in total. We email your design preview within 1–3 business days, tuft and finish your rug in 4–5 weeks after you approve it, then ship it by tracked courier (about 2 weeks to the USA, 2–3 weeks elsewhere).
How much is shipping?
One flat rate per order: USA Standard $65 or Rush $85, and international Standard $100 or Rush $190. Every rug ships by tracked courier. Import duties or taxes, including in the USA, are paid by the customer.
Can I cancel or return a rug?
You can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of ordering. Because every rug is made for you, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If your rug arrives damaged or different from your approved design, we will work with you on a resolution. See our refund and returns policy for details.
