About Custom Rugs

Turn your idea into one of our custom rugs, hand tufted just for you. Send us a sketch, a photo, your logo or just your colours, and our artisans will tuft a personalized rug in the size and shape you need.

How Custom Rug Orders Work

  1. Share your idea: use our Design Your Rug page or email etuftedrugs@gmail.com with your design, size and colours.
  2. Approve your design preview: we send it within 1–3 business days. Changes are possible until you approve it.
  3. Hand tufting: your custom tufted rug is tufted, cut and finished by hand in about 4–5 weeks.
  4. Tracked delivery: usually 6–8 weeks from your order.

  • Custom size rugs: standard sizes from 2×3 ft to 12×15 ft, or your exact dimensions.
  • Logo rugs: for offices, studios, shops and gifts.

How do I order a custom rug?

Use our Design Your Rug page or email etuftedrugs@gmail.com with your sketch, photo, logo or colours, plus the size you need. We reply with a design preview and price.

Can you make a rug from my logo or artwork?

Yes. Logo rugs for offices, studios and shops, and rugs from your own drawings or photos, are some of our most popular custom orders. Send a clear image and we will advise on detail and size.

Can I see my custom rug before it is made?

Yes. We email a design preview within 1–3 business days. You can ask for changes until you approve it, and nothing is tufted before your approval.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes. Choose Custom size on any rug and enter your width and length in feet or centimetres. Because each rug is made by hand, sizes can vary by up to ±3%.

How long does a made-to-order rug take?

About 6–8 weeks in total. We email your design preview within 1–3 business days, tuft and finish your rug in 4–5 weeks after you approve it, then ship it by tracked courier (about 2 weeks to the USA, 2–3 weeks elsewhere).

Can I cancel or return a rug?

You can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of ordering. Because every rug is made for you, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If your rug arrives damaged or different from your approved design, we will work with you on a resolution. See our refund and returns policy for details.
