What size mat do I need?
A 2×3 ft mat suits most doorways and bathrooms; 2.5×4 ft works in front of a kitchen sink. You can also enter your own dimensions.
How long does a made-to-order rug take?
About 6–8 weeks in total: a design preview within 1–3 business days, 4–5 weeks to tuft and finish after you approve it, then tracked delivery (about 2 weeks to the USA, 2–3 weeks elsewhere).
Can I change the colours of a design?
Yes. Use Customize This Rug on any product, or send us your colours through the custom rug form. You will see the new colours in your design preview before anything is made.
Can I cancel or return a rug?
You can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of ordering. Because each rug is made for you, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If it arrives damaged or different from your approved design, we will work with you on a resolution.
