We make each rug after you order, in our own production department in Pakistan. Because it is made by hand, every piece has its own character, and sizes can vary by up to ±3%.

- Floor rugs: 11 standard sizes from 2×3 ft to 12×15 ft, plus custom sizes.
- Wall hangings: sold in the size shown on each product. Email us if you need a different size.

How Our Made-to-Order Process Works
- Choose your design and size: pick a standard size or enter your own with Custom size.
- Approve your design preview: we email it within 1–3 business days, and nothing is made until you approve it.
- Hand tufting: about 4–5 weeks in our own production department in Pakistan.
- Tracked delivery: usually 6–8 weeks from your order, with flat-rate shipping per order. See our shipping policy.

Quick answers about sizes, timing and orders.
Are your rugs really handmade?
Yes. Every rug is hand tufted, hand cut and hand finished by our own artisans in our production department in Pakistan, after you place your order.
Why do handmade rug sizes vary slightly?
Because each rug is tufted and cut by hand, the finished size can vary by up to ±3%. Every piece also has small variations that make it unique.
Do you send photos before shipping?
Yes. After your rug is tufted and finished, we send you photos of the finished rug before it ships.
How long does a made-to-order rug take?
About 6–8 weeks in total. We email your design preview within 1–3 business days, tuft and finish your rug in 4–5 weeks after you approve it, then ship it by tracked courier (about 2 weeks to the USA, 2–3 weeks elsewhere).
Can I change the colours of a design?
Yes. Use Customize This Rug on any product, or email etuftedrugs@gmail.com with your colours. You will see them in your design preview, and nothing is made until you approve it.
Can I cancel or return a rug?
You can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of ordering. Because every rug is made for you, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If your rug arrives damaged or different from your approved design, we will work with you on a resolution. See our refund and returns policy for details.
