Quick answers about sizes, timing and orders.
What is a tufted coaster or mug rug?
A tufted coaster, also called a mug rug, is a small rug made by hand for cups and mugs. It adds a soft, colourful handmade touch to coffee tables and desks.
How do I clean tufted coasters?
Shake out or brush off crumbs regularly, and blot spills straight away with a clean, damp cloth.
Can I order coasters in my own colours or design?
Yes. Send your idea through our Design Your Rug page or email etuftedrugs@gmail.com, and we will confirm what we can make.
Do tufted coasters make good gifts?
Yes. They are popular housewarming and birthday gifts. Allow 6–8 weeks for delivery, as each set is made to order.
How much is shipping?
One flat rate per order: USA Standard $65 or Rush $85, and international Standard $100 or Rush $190. Every rug ships by tracked courier. Import duties or taxes, including in the USA, are paid by the customer.
Can I cancel or return a rug?
You can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of ordering. Because every rug is made for you, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If your rug arrives damaged or different from your approved design, we will work with you on a resolution. See our refund and returns policy for details.
