How do I hang a tufted wall rug?
Wall rugs are usually hung from a wooden batten or curtain rod attached to the back. Ask us before ordering if you need a hanging option for your piece.
Can I order a wall rug in a different size?
Each wall rug is sold in the size shown on its product page. Email etuftedrugs@gmail.com if you need another size or colours, and we will confirm options and price.
How do I care for a tufted wall hanging?
Dust gently with a soft brush or a vacuum on low suction, and keep it out of strong direct sunlight to protect the colours.
Can I change the colours of a design?
Yes. Use Customize This Rug on any product, or email etuftedrugs@gmail.com with your colours. You will see them in your design preview, and nothing is made until you approve it.
How long does a made-to-order rug take?
About 6–8 weeks in total. We email your design preview within 1–3 business days, tuft and finish your rug in 4–5 weeks after you approve it, then ship it by tracked courier (about 2 weeks to the USA, 2–3 weeks elsewhere).
Can I cancel or return a rug?
You can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of ordering. Because every rug is made for you, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If your rug arrives damaged or different from your approved design, we will work with you on a resolution. See our refund and returns policy for details.
