Standard sizes from 2×3 ft to 12×15 ft. For a custom size, your exact price is confirmed by email with your design preview.
Because every rug is hand tufted and hand cut, the finished size can vary by up to ±3%.

Questions about custom rugs
How long does a custom rug take?
Allow about 6–8 weeks in total: 1–3 business days for your design preview, 4–5 weeks to tuft and finish, then about 2 weeks in transit to the USA or 2–3 weeks elsewhere. Large or detailed rugs may take longer, so contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.
Can I make changes to the preview?
Yes. You can change the design, size or colours until you approve the preview. Once you approve it, production starts and changes are no longer possible.
Can you tuft my own design or logo?
Yes. Send your artwork, size and colour references, and we will turn it into a tuftable design and email you a preview. Please make sure you own the design or have permission to use it.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is one flat rate per order, not per rug: USA $65 standard or $85 rush; international $100 standard or $190 rush. Import duties and taxes are not included and are usually paid to the courier.
Where do you ship?
We are based in Virginia, USA. Our rugs are made in Pakistan and shipped by tracked international courier to the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, Germany and other countries. You will get a tracking number by email when your rug ships.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, for a full refund within 48 hours of ordering. After 48 hours the order is final because production has begun, and change-of-mind returns are not accepted because every rug is made to measure. See our refund and returns policy.
What if my rug arrives damaged or faulty?
We will make it right. Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, or a manufacturing defect within 7 days, with photos.
Will I see my rug before it ships?
Yes. You approve the design preview before production starts, and we send you photos of the finished rug before dispatch.
