We send a design preview. Production starts the moment you approve it.

Hand tufted for you
Your rug is hand tufted, hand cut, backed and finished. We inspect it and send you photos.

Tracked to your door
Packed carefully and sent by tracked international courier. You get the tracking number by email.

How long will my rug take?
About 6–8 weeks in total. We send your design preview within 1–3 business days. Hand tufting and finishing takes 4–5 weeks after you approve it, then tracked delivery takes about 2 weeks to the USA and 2–3 weeks to other countries.
Can I order a custom size or design?
Yes. Every rug is made to order. Send us your design, size and colours through the custom rug form and we'll send you a preview before we start.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship to the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, Germany and many other countries by tracked international courier. Shipping cost is shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of ordering. Because each rug is made just for you, we can't accept change-of-mind returns after that. See our cancellation and refund policy.
What if my rug arrives damaged or different from my design?
Tell us within 48 hours for transit damage, or within 7 days of delivery for a defect, and we'll work with you on a resolution.
Will I see my rug before it ships?
Yes. We inspect every rug and send you photos before it's packed and handed to the courier.
