Sizes for Small Rugs and Mats

  • Doorways and bedsides: 2×3 ft.
  • Entryways and kitchens: 2.5×4 ft or 3×5 ft.
  • Runners and exact fits: choose Custom size and enter your width and length.

Practical Care

  • Shake out or vacuum grit often, because dirt wears fibres faster.

How Our Made-to-Order Process Works

  1. Choose your design and size: pick a standard size or enter your own with Custom size.
  2. Approve your design preview: we email it within 1–3 business days, and nothing is made until you approve it.
  3. Hand tufting: about 4–5 weeks in our own production department in Pakistan.
  4. Tracked delivery: usually 6–8 weeks from your order, with flat-rate shipping per order. See our shipping policy.

What size small rug or mat do I need?

A 2×3 ft mat suits most doorways and bedsides, 2.5×4 ft works in front of a kitchen sink, and 3×5 ft suits entryways. You can also enter your own dimensions.

Where can I use a small accent rug?

Small rugs work at the front door, in front of the kitchen sink, beside the bed, in a reading corner or anywhere you want a soft step and a touch of colour.

Will a small rug slip on a hard floor?

We recommend a rug pad under small rugs on tiles, wood or laminate. It stops slipping and protects the backing.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes. Choose Custom size on any rug and enter your width and length in feet or centimetres. Because each rug is made by hand, sizes can vary by up to ±3%.

How long does a made-to-order rug take?

About 6–8 weeks in total. We email your design preview within 1–3 business days, tuft and finish your rug in 4–5 weeks after you approve it, then ship it by tracked courier (about 2 weeks to the USA, 2–3 weeks elsewhere).

Can I cancel or return a rug?

You can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of ordering. Because every rug is made for you, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If your rug arrives damaged or different from your approved design, we will work with you on a resolution. See our refund and returns policy for details.
