Every rug is hand tufted to order in our production department in Pakistan and shipped by tracked international courier. Allow about 6–8 weeks from order to delivery (4–5 weeks to make, then about 2 weeks in transit to the USA, 2–3 weeks elsewhere).

- We ship through tracked international courier services to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, and many other countries.
- To help protect your rug, we use secure packaging.
- You will also receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.
- Estimated delivery: approximately 6–8 weeks from the order date. Transit usually takes around 2 weeks to the USA and 2–3 weeks to other countries.
- Shipping costs appear at checkout. However, customers must pay any applicable import duties and taxes.

Will my rug look exactly like the photos?
Very close. Each rug is tufted by hand, so small variations in texture are part of its character, and colours can look slightly different on screens. Size can vary by up to ±3%. We send you photos of your finished rug before it ships.
